Legal Agreement: By registering for a Betr Games account and using our services, you enter a legally binding contract with us.
Eligibility – Age, Residency, Identification: You must be 18 years or older and a resident of Denmark with a valid CPR number and MitID.
Account Verification (KYC): We verify your identity through MitID and AML checks. Failure to pass checks may lead to suspension or closure.
One Account Rule: Only one account per customer is allowed.
Peer-to-Peer Game Models: (1) Private games where Betr Games do not take a commission unless specified otherwise; (2) Public games where the Game Creator and/or Betr Games may take a share of any bet.
Deposits and Withdrawals: Funds may be deposited and withdrawn, subject to verification checks.
Bet Placement and Acceptance: All bets are final once confirmed. Betr Games may decline bets at its discretion.
Game Integrity and Fair Play: All outcomes are determined by official football results. Collusion and cheating are strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities: Fraudulent or abusive behavior will result in account suspension, closure, and possible withholding of funds. This may include commentary insults which is determined at Betr Games discretion
Platform Errors or Interruptions: Betr Games may void bets or adjust settlements if errors or malfunctions occur.
Liability Limitations: Betr Games is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Liability is capped at DKK 10,000.
Your Responsibility and Indemnity: You must compensate Betr Games for losses arising from your breach of these Terms.
Regulatory Compliance: Betr Games operates under a revenue-restricted license. Legal compliance may require temporary restrictions or adjustments to services.

Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Betr Games ApS. By registering for an account or using our services, you confirm that you accept and will comply with these Terms.

2. Who We Are

Betr Games ApS (CVR No. 44703122), based in Denmark, is licensed and regulated by the Danish Gambling Authority (Spillemyndigheden). We operate under a revenue-restricted gambling license with annual limits on revenue.

3. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational requirements. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

4. Account Eligibility and Registration

You must be at least 18 years old, a Danish resident with a valid CPR number, and hold MitID. You cannot be registered in ROFUS or otherwise prohibited from gambling. Only one account per customer is allowed.

5. Account Verification (KYC/AML)

All customers must be verified using MitID. Betr Games conducts ongoing checks for Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), sanctions, and other relevant AML monitoring in accordance with the Danish Money Laundering Act. Accounts failing verification may be suspended or closed. If Betr Games suspect you or your account in trying to circumvent the rules or collide with one or several other users your account, including any and all financial holding, will be frozen until an internal investigation has been conducted. Betr Games will always file any suspicion of illegality to the authorities.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits must originate from accounts in your name. Withdrawals are typically processed to the same payment method used for deposit. All transactions are in DKK. Betr Games may delay withdrawals pending verification. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may apply.

7. Peer-to-Peer Game Models

Games may be private (friends/family groups) or public (managed by Betr Games or influencer-led). Private games: as a general term, no commission is taken by Betr Games. Public games: the Game Creator/Game Admin may earn a commission, and Betr Games may also take a percentage, commissions may not be disclosed in advance.

8. Bet Placement and Settlement

Once confirmed, bets cannot be canceled. Settlement is based on official results of which Betr Games buy the data from a third party data stream. Whatever the result Betr Games receives from the third party data stream is the official outcome upon which winners are allocated their winnings. Betr Games reserves the right to void or adjust bets and/or payouts in case of errors, fraud, or technical issues.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited: multiple accounts, collusion, cheating, fraud, arbitrage, chargebacks, money laundering, VPN usage to mask location, and abusive conduct. Accounts engaging in prohibited activities may be suspended or closed, with funds withheld or confiscated.

10. Responsible Gambling

Betr Games provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, time-outs, and self-exclusion. We are integrated with ROFUS and block self-excluded users at registration and each login. Gambling should be for entertainment only.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, software, and branding are owned by Betr Games ApS or licensed through third parties. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit intellectual property without permission.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the GDPR, and Danish data protection law. Personal data is collected for KYC, AML, and responsible gambling obligations.

13. Liability

Betr Games is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, technical interruptions, or misuse of accounts. Total liability is capped at DKK 10,000. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence.

14. Suspension and Closure

We may suspend or close accounts at our discretion for regulatory compliance, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms including investigation hereof. Positive balances will generally be returned unless funds are connected to prohibited activities.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts. Complaints should first be raised with our customer support. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the Danish Gambling Authority or an accredited ADR body.
